Quality Control Points
Integrated quality control embedded in different stages of the process.
Quality management is not a single verification at the end of production. At Worimex, quality is managed through checkpoints placed at different stages of the process.
Post-acceptance incoming quality controls verify the suitability of the raw material for production. In-process controls detect deviations that may occur during production at an early stage. In the final control phase, the product is re-evaluated according to specified performance criteria.
Results from test devices are not recorded manually. They are instantly transferred to the ERP infrastructure via the integrated software system and matched with the relevant product ID. In this way, quality data is not only archived; it becomes analyzable.
Each checkpoint is associated with batch and product-based data. This creates a powerful data pool for retrospective quality reviews, performance benchmarking and process improvements.
The Quality Checkpoints approach makes quality a natural part of the process, rather than an audit function separate from production.
Traceability is not an added layer of control in Worimex, but an inherent part of the production discipline.
