Traceability Infrastructure

Each product is tracked with a unique digital identity from the moment it enters the production process until after shipment. This ID is associated with batch information, machine data, test results and production line information.

Thanks to the barcodes scanned during production, the raw material batch with which the product was produced, which machine it was processed in and which test results it received are collected under a single profile on the system. Product-based recording structure and batch-based data are integrated with each other.

The same identification system is actively used in the stock and shipment phases. The scans made through handheld terminals ensure that the product matches the stock location or customer order. This creates an uninterrupted traceability chain from production to logistics.

In post-shipment processes, tracking continues through the product ID. This structure ensures data integrity in service, warranty and performance analysis.
