Process Control
Production processes defined by parameters and managed by data.
In Worimex, production is not just a physical operation; it is a process defined by parameters and managed by data. Each production line is defined on the system and the raw material batch, production machine and operator information are matched on a product-by-product basis. This structure makes the production flow visible and measurable.
Thanks to the barcodes scanned at the entrance to production, it is instantly recorded in the system which batch is processed in which machine. Machine-based production data is recorded through the software system integrated with the ERP infrastructure. Thus, the production process can be monitored not only through results but also through parameters.
Unplanned downtime, error rates and production performance are systematically analyzed. Process deviations can be detected through data without the need for retrospective review. This structure supports a preventive control approach rather than reactive intervention.
At Worimex, Process Control does not mean controlling production; it means that production proceeds within a defined discipline. The process is based on measurable data sets, not personal experience.
Traceability is not an added layer of control in Worimex, but an inherent part of the production discipline.
