New Production Facility
Worimex moved its production operations to its modern facility with a closed area of 6,000 m². The new production campus takes operational efficiency to the next level with its advanced machinery infrastructure, ERP-supported production system and scalable production capacity.
The new production facility represents an important milestone in Worimex's growth journey. Covering 6,000 m² of covered production space, the campus brings together production, quality testing, warehousing and engineering functions under one roof - a vertically integrated model designed for maximum operational efficiency.
The facility includes state-of-the-art CNC machining centers, automated assembly lines and dedicated testing laboratories. Each production cell is connected to our centralized ERP system, providing real-time tracking of material, process and quality metrics from raw material input to finished product shipment.
One of the key design principles was flexibility. The production layout supports both high-volume OEM production runs and smaller, customized product configurations. This dual capability is fundamental to serving our diverse customer base, ranging from international boiler manufacturers to regional aftermarket distributors.
The quality infrastructure has been significantly upgraded with the new facility. Dedicated test chambers for pressure, flow and durability testing ensure that every component meets the standards required by our OEM partners. The integrated laboratory operates independently of the production area, providing unbiased verification at every stage.
Environmental considerations are embedded in the plant design from the beginning. Energy efficient lighting, optimized material flow paths and waste reduction systems contribute to a lower environmental footprint while maintaining the high throughput required for competitive production.
