Every project starts with a clearly defined technical framework.
At Worimex, the strategy phase includes projects arising from customer demands as well as original product ideas developed as a result of intensive R&D studies.
Technical feasibility analysis is carried out at this stage. Producibility, cost balance, process capability and potential risks are evaluated together. Benchmark studies and competitor analysis determine product positioning based on technical data.
Milestone plans are created. Risk matrix is activated at the beginning of the project. The design, test and production roadmap is clarified. This phase defines not only "what will be produced" but also "how and with which discipline".
Strategy is the technical decision layer that sets the direction of the process.
