Improvement
Continuous improvement is the fundamental engine of Worimex's operational excellence approach.
Worimex's quality system is based on a measurement and analysis cycle. Production and quality performance are regularly evaluated; error rates, process deviations, and operational indicators are analyzed on a data-driven basis.
OEE measurements and production performance data are jointly reviewed by quality and production teams. Defect trends, batch-based analyses, and process variations are regularly examined. These analyses form the basis for improvement initiatives.
8D studies are applied not only to customer feedback but also to internally identified non-conformities. Root cause analyses are systematically performed, and action plans are documented.
Processes are regularly optimized with Kaizen and lean manufacturing practices. Scrap rates, downtime, and performance indicators are measured and benchmarked.
The improvement approach aims not to maintain quality as a fixed standard, but to continuously improve performance. The measurement, analysis, and feedback loop is the fundamental mechanism of the quality system.
Continuous improvement positions quality not as a static goal, but as a dynamic and measurable engineering process.
