Control
Validation and testing processes prove the conformance of product performance to design specifications.
At Worimex, the verification process starts at the product design stage and aims to verify all performance criteria before mass production. The laboratory infrastructure is configured to simulate real field conditions that can be encountered in heating systems and boiler applications.
In addition to basic tests such as compressive strength, tightness, flow performance; environmental and operational stress tests such as thermal cycling resistance, sudden temperature transients, stability under long-term thermal load and dirty water scenarios are applied. Products are evaluated not only to meet nominal values, but also to demonstrate their behavior under harsh conditions of use.
The data obtained during design verification testing (DVT) is analyzed and design parameters are revised as necessary. This process is an active part of the product development cycle.
The validation approach is based on proving the performance reliability of the product before it goes into mass production. The aim is to eliminate risks at the design stage, not to fix problems after production.
Verification is the critical engineering layer where product quality is assured before production starts - during the design phase.
