Pre-Production
Pilot production confirms design verification under real production conditions.
TOOLING
Process parameters are evaluated in a real production environment. Critical measurement points and variation tolerances are analyzed.
Process qualification studies such as Cp and Cpk are carried out. Control plans are finalized and PPAP documentation is completed and archived.
Operator training programs are implemented and production line balancing is optimized.
INSIGHT
This phase represents the final system stability verification before going into mass production.
