Prototyping
The prototyping phase represents the physical verification of design assumptions.
First, visual mock-ups are created to assess form, volume and assembly compatibility. Then functional prototypes are built to test performance criteria.
Rapid prototyping technologies such as 3D printing and CNC machining accelerate the design iteration cycle and minimize the time required to reach physical testing.
Functional prototypes undergo laboratory tests to evaluate performance parameters such as sealing ability, thermal behavior, mechanical durability and environmental resistance.
Each prototype iteration builds on the performance data of previous versions.
Strategy is the technical decision layer that sets the direction of the process.
